The central event of the ZBT research school is its weekly seminar for which a time slot will be chosen after the first application round according to your feedback.
The weekly seminar is a 30-40 minute meeting which should be attended by all research school members. On a biweekly alternating cycle, the seminar will have the character of a
- project report
and
- journal club
In both formats, research school members give talks of about 15-20 minutes, followed by an open discussion. In a rotating schedule, every member presents each of the formats once every 8-12 months, depending on the number of members.
